No, I need to try and second guess the market and figure out what the next big thing is going to be and then mention it before it becomes big so people will find me first! Seriously, though, why do people feel that they need some book or workshop or video to solve their problems? If you want to try and live longer through caloric restriction, just save your money: watch your diet and eat less. Now send me $100 for that advice.
