I use
Google Reader to read the feeds from a couple hundred blogs, and one of the neat things about it is you can share posts you find interesting. The list of shared posts happens to have a feed of its own, which I have put in the sidebar to the right. So even if I'm not posting daily, you can always check out something noteworthy over there.
